With a zero-waste approach, our balms are only available in 100% COMPOSTABLE tubes, including the label and safety seal. They also have a generous 8-gram size; for comparison, a regular pharmacy lip balm in a standard plastic tube rarely weighs more than 4.5 grams. Features we like

The tubes are fullycompostable, but alsobiodegradableAndrecyclable, as you wish! They are coated on the outside with polylactic acid (or PLA, obtained from corn starch) and are lined on the inside with a vegetable wax, which makes them more resistant to oils than their cousins ​​made solely of kraft cardboard.

The tube's size makes the balm easy to use and apply. Its diameter is wider than plastic tubes, providing 3/4 inch of surface area in contact with your lips.

Shipping & Returns

Remove the lid and push the bottom of the base with your finger to release the balm. Apply to your lips. Note: If you accidentally squeeze out too much balm, you can gently push it back down into the tube with your lips.
